Nina Dersch

Born in the Philippines, Nina Dersch moved to the U.S. at the age of three before returning to the Philippines during her teenage years. With a life shaped by two cultures, Nina brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for connection and hospitality to everything she does. Nina began her career in the restaurant industry at 19, working as a bartender and key holder. Her experience also includes several years as an EMT, an experience that sharpened her calm under pressure skills and deepened her compassion for others. She credits her parents, who have been married for over 55 years, as her greatest influence. From them, she learned that patience, perseverance and compassion are the foundation for a successful and meaningful life.

As a Sales Manager, Nina thrives on the ever-changing, fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry. She’s passionate about guest experience and excels in building lasting relationships, believing every interaction has the potential to become a lifelong connection. Her attention to detail, paired with her people’s first approach, makes her a natural at helping guests plan and celebrate their most important milestones. She believes deeply in the philosophy that it’s All About the Guest because one great experience can leave a lasting impression. One of her favorite memories in hospitality is helping guests plan celebrations and witness the joy and gratitude that follow.

Outside of work, Nina enjoys time with her family, exploring new cuisines and curating memorable experiences for those around her. She lives with her husband, two beloved dogs and four wonderful bonus children, whom she cherishes deeply.
