General Manager

Mallory Finnegan was born in Prescott, Arizona, spent her childhood across the state and pursued her education at Arizona State University, earning degrees in Political Science, French and International Relations. After college, she moved to Washington, DC with ambitions of working in politics but soon discovered her natural aptitude for the restaurant industry. Finnegan began her career as a host, she expanded her expertise by transitioning to event planning and sales before turning to restaurant management, mastering all aspects of front-of-house operations.
Mallory credits her mother as her greatest influence, alongside her godmother (a Mexican restaurant owner in Arizona), grandmother (a small business owner) and aunts, all of whom are strong, inspiring women. Mallory developed a passion for hospitality, viewing it as an opportunity to create extraordinary experiences. She believes in fostering an environment that respects and uplifts both guests and staff, ensuring memorable moments for all.
When not managing restaurants, Mallory enjoys biking, interior design, podcasts and hosting dinner parties with friends. She shares her home in Adams Morgan, DC with two kittens, Ollie and Minnie. Mallory and her partner, a chef, met while working in a restaurant and share a deep connection through their love of hospitality.
