Grace Innamorato was born and raised in Montgomery, NY. Grace earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Northeastern University. During college, she began her journey in hospitality at Smith & Wollensky where she discovered her talent for anticipating guest needs and thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting her first city apartment.
Grace credits her “Poppy” as her greatest influence, admiring his patience, work ethic and dedication to creating the life he envisioned. Grace admires Chef Tom Berry and the COJE restaurant group for their creativity and attention to dietary inclusivity, which she appreciates as someone with celiac disease. Grace loves helping create special events that are deeply meaningful for guests and their loved ones.
Grace lives by the motto, “It’s All About the Guest.” Inspired by Steve DiFillippo’s approach, she believes exceptional service and personal connections are the key to creating lasting memories and building guest loyalty. Outside of work, Grace enjoys Pilates, yoga, longboarding and beach days. A proud plant enthusiast and foodie, she’s a regular at Kane’s Donuts and loves Capo’s Gluten-Free Night. She lives in Boston with her partner Dan and their adorable cat, Catsby.
