I always liked the interactions with the guests and having fun with the team behind the scenes.” She says her area of expertise include “Guest connections and making the planning process seamless, ultimately making guests want to return for more parties!” She loves being a Sales Manager since “Every day is different and I love being able to work with so many different people. It is a privilege to help people to plan important celebrations or memorable evenings with us. It’s always fun to hear guests’ stories who have celebrated multiple milestones with us.”
According to Walsh its always “All About the Guest” because “I think this philosophy sets us apart from all the other restaurant options out there. For events specifically, I think it is important to pay attention to exactly what the guest is envisioning and do our very best to accommodate. Making it all about the guest ensures that the host feels prioritized. ”
Walsh lives in the South End and loves the charm of the neighborhood as well as walking to work every day! Her hobbies include yoga and working out and spending as much time as possible outside in the warmer months while hiking and going to the beach with friends and family.
