Savannah Swierczynski
Manager
Savannah Swierczynski was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia. She began in the service industry at the age of 15 doing takeout and bartending. After graduating high school with an advanced diploma, she moved to Myrtle Beach to deepen her bartending expertise. Upon returning to Virginia, Savannah joined Davio’s as a bartender and server. Her dedication and skill led to a well-deserved promotion to a management position.
Savannah admires Chef Gordon Ramsay and his culinary shows. The restaurant that profoundly influenced her career is Carolina Roadhouse, where she honed her bartending skills and gained invaluable industry knowledge. Savannah firmly believes that the restaurant experience should always be “All About the Guest.” She understands that guests are the heart of the establishment and the experiences provided are what encourage them to return. One of her most cherished memories in the hospitality industry involves forming lifelong friendships with regulars from her first bartending job.
Outside of work, Savannah enjoys working out, reading and watching NFL games. She believes that excessive technology can detract from the dining experience, appreciating Davio’s emphasis on personal interactions. Savannah shares a close bond with her sister, Korinna, whom she regards as the most influential person in her life. Growing up, her household was filled with pets, including two German Shepherd mixes and several foster dogs. She also had two cats, one long-haired and one short-haired. Currently, she resides in Winchester with her beloved cat, Athena.
