Nicole Phillips was born and raised in Southern Massachusetts. Phillips brings a warm, guest-first approach to her role as Sales Manager at Davio’s in Foxborough. She has held leadership roles including Golf Operations Director, Director of Operations for a full-service beverage catering company and seasoned wedding planner. Her dedication to hospitality is rooted in her belief that every guest and every event deserves VIP treatment. She approaches each opportunity with empathy and professionalism, her ability to guide guests with grace and confidence is what makes her a trusted partner in creating memorable experiences.
While she jokes that she’d be an accountant in another life, Nicole’s talents lie in hospitality, her meticulous attention to detail and passion for guest satisfaction shine. For Nicole, hospitality is simple: “Guests have countless choices of where to dine. It’s our job to give them a reason to choose us — again and again — through outstanding service and genuine care.”
Nicole lives in her childhood home, originally built by her great-grandparents, in Southern Massachusetts. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, spending time outdoors and relaxing in tropical beach destinations. Nicole’s daughters are her proudest accomplishment, and she lives with her beloved mini dachshund, Lily.
