Meaghan Doherty

Sales Manager

Meaghan Doherty was born and raised in Plymouth, MA. She attended the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and earned her degree in Hospitality & Tourism. Her journey into hospitality began during college, working as a server both at the Marina in Plymouth and at the Hotel Northampton in Amherst. Over the years, she has held a variety of roles including Membership Director at the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce and Sales Manager for the Newport Hotel Group.

Drawn to the energy of the restaurant industry, Meaghan was immediately captivated by its fast-paced nature and constant evolution. She thrives under pressure and appreciates the teamwork and collaboration required to create memorable guest experiences. Meaghan believes deeply that in the hospitality industry; it must always be “All About the Guest.” She understands that prioritizing the guest experience leads to stronger loyalty, more referrals and lasting success for any restaurant or venue.

If she weren’t in sales, Meaghan would own and operate a small bed & breakfast on the Lower Cape or one of the islands. With her background in hotel and restaurant management, she knows it would be a perfect fit and a chance to meet people from all over while creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Meaghan credits her parents as the most influential people in her life. Their strong work ethic and unwavering support helped shape her values and drive. Meaghan resides on the South Shore, enjoying the balance of coastal living and proximity to the city.
