Korinna Swierczynski

Assistant Sales Manager

Korinna Swierczynski was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia alongside her sister Savannah and their parents, Dave and Gretchen. Korinna brings with her a strong background in front-of-house roles. As the first point of contact for guests, Korinna learned the power of a warm smile and genuine connection skills. Her strengths lie in event planning, guest relations and attention to detail. She thrives when collaborating with guests to design and execute memorable experiences and is deeply fulfilled by the opportunity to bring people together through events. Her approach to hospitality is simple: be approachable, truly listen and go the extra mile to make each guest feel valued.

Korinna’s personal philosophy is rooted in the belief that hospitality is always all about the guest. She views guests as the heartbeat of the restaurant and believes the best dining experiences are those that make people feel like family.

When she’s not working, Korinna enjoys creating art across multiple mediums — oil and acrylic painting, drawing, oil pastels and collage. She believes that art, like hospitality, has the power to bring beauty and meaning into people’s lives. A former dancer, she also spent years studying tap, jazz and ballet, further shaping her love for creativity and expression. She currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia and shares her home with her beloved cat Aura.
