Jason Weingram

Manager

Jason Weingram was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in the Philly suburbs. Weingram graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, Masters in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University and worked as a youth organizer for the Jewish community mostly working with high school leadership students.

Weingram decided to work in the restaurant industry because according to him, “I was always drawn to food. In college I cooked dinner every Friday for 100 people for Shabbat Dinner. Shortly after, I decided to leave Jewish Communal Work, a couple of friends were opening restaurants and coffee shops, and I helped them out. One of the restaurant owners linked me to Davio’s, I started as a busser and never left.”

Weingram has traveled all over the U.S. as well as Poland and Israel (he loves Jerusalem). His area of expertise is sarcasm and outside of work he enjoys glass blowing. His favorite chefs are Michael Solomonov, Rick Bayless, Jaques Pepin and his favorite restaurants are Topolobampo and Abe Fisher.
