Jacquelyn Donovan

Manager

Jacquelyn Donovan was born in Stoughton, MA and raised on the South Shore. At 16, she started her restaurant career as an expo in the kitchen—and she’s never looked back. Over the years, she gained experience across several restaurants and bars, but it’s with Davio’s that she truly found her professional home. She often says she “grew up at Davio’s,” both personally and professionally.

Though she originally pursued a degree in education, Jacquelyn’s path shifted as she became involved in staff training and new restaurant openings. She discovered a passion for mentorship and development that seamlessly blends her love of teaching with her love for hospitality. Her current role allows her to live out both of those passions every day. Known for her hands-on leadership and tireless energy, Jacquelyn is a “doer” who leads by example. Whether she’s helping to launch a private event, guiding a team through service or stepping in to turn around a guest’s experience, she is committed to doing things the right way—making every moment matter. Her greatest strengths lie in training, event execution and creating meaningful guest connections.

Jacquelyn’s career has been shaped by the influence of her mother and several professional mentors, including one early leader, Paul, who instilled in her a lasting sense of work ethic and pride in every task.

Outside of work, Jacquelyn is a proud mother to two daughters who are her world. She lives on the South Shore and enjoys staying active, especially through working out and spending time outdoors. She’s also an avid traveler with a love for beaches and nature.
