Ana-Maria Lehaci

Ana-Maria Lehaci was born and raised in Romania, completed her education then moved to the United States. With a master’s degree in Human Resources, she has built an impressive career in the hospitality industry. Beginning as a server, she quickly embraced southern hospitality and advanced through the ranks. Her journey led her to managerial positions at the Crowne Plaza hotel and the General Manager at Morton’s the Steakhouse.
Expertise in budgeting and staff development has been a hallmark of her career. She takes pride in having trained and developed three servers who have all become managers (one is on the verge of opening his own wine bar). In the restaurant industry, Ana-Maria values guest satisfaction; understanding that happy guests are the key to success. Her commitment to making guests feel special and ensuring their return is unwavering. Meeting new people and forging connections are among her favorite memories of working in the restaurant industry.
Ana-Maria has traveled extensively, visiting England, France, Spain, Italy, the UAE (Dubai), Belize, Mexico and the Dominican Republic. Each destination holds special memories, making it hard to choose a favorite. Outside of work, she enjoys rowing, hiking and other outdoor activities. She admires chefs Ana Ros and Asia Mei and has a fondness for restaurants like Barcelona, Cooks and Soldiers and Caru’ cu Bere in Romania.
