Abigail Metcalf was born and raised 30 minutes south of Albany in upstate New York, Abigail graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and minors in Philosophy and Classics. She has built a dynamic career spanning the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, nightlife and convention industries.
Hospitality was a natural path for Abigail, inspired by her mother’s love for hosting and entertaining, which shaped her philosophy around hospitality and connection — values she continues to bring into every event and guest interaction today. Known for her collaborative leadership style, attention to detail and strong work ethic, she is passionate about creating meaningful guest experiences and building lasting relationships through thoughtful, personalized service.
Abigail believes hospitality should always remain authentic and guest-centered. For her, creating memorable moments and genuine connections will always matter more than following trends. One of her favorite aspects of the hospitality industry is witnessing the moment when every detail comes together perfectly for a guest — the atmosphere, service, food and energy aligning to create a truly unforgettable experience.
Growing up with a beloved yellow lab named Nahla helped spark her lifelong love of animals and family-centered living. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys traveling to Aruba and Saratoga (especially during racing season) as well as yoga, photography, exploring new towns and spending time outdoors.
