Combine Arlington & Berkeley Rooms
When combined into a single room, the Arlington/Berkeley Room seats 60 to 100 people for a seated dinner, or it can hold 150 people for a reception.

Nightly discounted validated parking is available after 5 pm in the attached 10 St. James Building garage. After 5 pm with a Validated parking ticket, rates are
- Up to 1 Hour $7.00
- Up to 2 Hours $11.00
- Up to 3 Hours $15.00
Over 3 hours or without a validated parking tickets, regular rates apply.
