Lena Huynh

Pastry Chef

Lena Huynh is the Pastry Chef at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in The Colony, TX. Huynh was born and raised in Southern California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. Before joining the Davio’s team, Huynh worked as Pastry Chef at some of New York City’s most well known restaurants including Catch and Hunt & Fish Club.

Huynh says her love of food, hospitality and working with her hands were what made the decision to become a pastry chef easy, since the job combines all three. She says she loves being a pastry chef because of the joy she gets seeing guests enjoy her pastry creations.  Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and yoga.
