Pastry Chef

Olisha Sealy was born in Weymouth, Massachusetts and went to school at Johnson and Wales University in Miami.

Sealy has worked at many restaurants as a Pastry Chef including The Fontainebleau before joining the Davio’s team. She credits her Aunt in Canada for inspiring her love and passion for baking. Sealy says “my favorite thing about being a chef is the ability to create edible art.”

Sealy’s favorite memory while in the food industry was “when I had the opportunity to participate in the South Beach Food & Wine Festival. It was a truly amazing experience!”

Sealy lives in PA and loves traveling to Boston to visit her family.
