When you ask Paul about his favorite food, he is quick to answer. “Everything! Just put a dish of good food in front of me and I will love it.”
This love of the gestalt of food is evident on the dishes that come out of our kitchen.
His other loves include “ seeing the smile on a customer’s face as they take the first bite of food I prepare,” his family, and life in general. Paul’s operating philosophy is also succinctly put: “Consistency and creativity. It’s as simple as that,” he says.
