Annise Hernandez-Scott is the Executive Chef at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan. Scott grew up in Phoenix, Arizona where she began her culinary career working at the prestigious Five Diamond Resort, the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. Before joining the Davio’s team as Executive Chef, Annise worked in the kitchens of some of New York City’s most infamous hotels including The Plaza.
Annise chose a career in the culinary arts because she says, “my passion for food began at a young age, and I knew it was something I wanted to turn into a lifestyle.”
When not at Davio’s, Annise can be usually be found experimenting with essential oils or travelling around the globe. She currently resides in Manhattan.
