- Champagne Cake- Pink champagne chiffon layers with champagne Italian buttercream and sweet rose simple syrup.
- Classic Southern Red Velvet- Red velvet cake layer with vanilla simple syrup, filled with cream cheese icing, finished with Italian buttercream. (Also available in Blue Velvet)
- Lemon Torte with Raspberry- Yellow cake layers filled with lemon cream, fresh raspberries and moistened with raspberry syrup, finished with vanilla buttercream.
- Chocolate Truffle Cake- Chocolate cake layers, moistened with crème de cacao syrup, filled with chocolate ganache and buttercream, finished with dark chocolate glaze.
- Old Fashioned Caramel Cake- Layers of yellow cake with southern style caramel icing.
